OCR description
The business associate (BA), JDA Health Systems, dba Parathon, reported that it experienced a cybersecurity incident that affected the protected health information (PHI) of 8,099 individuals. The PHI involved included names, dates of birth, addresses, claims and financial information, and other treatment information.
